Overview
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Microsoft SharePoint Server which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Description
These vulnerabilities exist in Microsoft SharePoint Server due to insufficient validation of page content by the affected software. An authenticated, remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted page content to execute arbitrary code in the security context of W3WP service account.
Successful exploitation could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code and disclose sensitive information by elevating privileges to launch further attacks.
