Overview
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows which could be exploited by an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct spoofing attacks.
Description
A spoofing vulnerability exists in Microsoft Windows due to weakness in all supported versions of the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol that are used by the affected software. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by performing man-in-the-middle (MiTM) attack between targeted client and server.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow the attacker to impersonate the user and access sensitive information and conduct further attacks.
