Overview
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows Common Log File System Driver which could be exploited by an authenticated local attacker to bypass security restrictions, obtain sensitive information and gain elevated privileges on the targeted system.
Description
The Information disclosure vulnerability exist in Microsoft windows Common Log File System Driver due to improper handling of memory resources. A local attacker with login access to system could exploit this vulnerability by executing a specially crafted application on the affected system.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow a local attacker to bypass security restrictions, obtain sensitive information and gain elevated privileges on the targeted system.
