Overview
An information disclosure vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft .NET Framework which could be exploited by an attacker to obtain sensitive information on the targeted system.
Description
The information disclosure vulnerability exists in .NET frameworks Data Provider for SQL Server due to improper use of the developer-supplied key.
This allows the attacker to access the information that is protected by the "Always-Encrypted" feature of the .NET framework.
Solution
Apply appropriate patch as mentioned in Microsoft Security Bulletin
