Improper Input Validation Vulnerability in VeloCloud Orchestrator

Overview

A vulnerability has been reported in VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) which could allow a remote attacker to gain unauthorized access and compromise of affected systems.

Target Audience:
Users of VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) On-Prem.

Risk Assessment:
High risk of unauthorized access and compromise of affected systems.

Impact Assessment:
Potential for loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the orchestrator and managed data.

Description

VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO) on-prem has a security issue due to improper authorization. A remote attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by accessing the VCO web interface.

Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to gain unauthorized access and compromise f affected systems.

Note: This vulnerability is being actively exploited in the wild. Users are strongly advised to apply the latest patches immediately.
